An Energy certificate is required by law for both selling , long term and holiday rentals . We offer this service through our in house Architect .
PRICES :
- Up to 100m2 = 1,50€ per m2
- 101m2 to 125m2 = 165€
- 126m2 to 150m2 = 190€
- 151m2 to 200m2 = 215€
- 201m2 to 250m2 = 265€
For properties over 250m2 a quote will be provided .
Prices shown are with IVA 21% . Owners will receive a basic floor plan of the property, a copy of the energy certificate and its registration with the Junta de Andalucia. .
The energy certificate must be presented in the notaries office at the time of the sale .
